If your system isn’t producing hot water, first check to see if the circuit breaker tripped
Sometimes we get calls from people whose tankless systems don’t produce hot water. If this happens to you, there are some steps you can take before calling a technician.
First, see whether or not your LED light is on and that you have power to the unit. If it is not, make sure that the circuit breaker has not tripped. Try turning the circuit breaker on and off to see of the LED light comes back on.
If the unit is getting power and the LED light is on but the red activation button is not, then you should check to see if the system is getting the proper voltage. If the connections are good, then you should call a professional.
Once you have tried the troubleshooting steps outlined above, call Arnett’s Plumbing if you still have an issue with a lack of water from your tankless water heater.
