2/08/2021 - Arnett's installed my Noritz water heater in 2009, and I haven't thought about it since - until today, when I turned on the hot water and nothing came out. I called Eric, and he was at my house (on a Saturday!) by mid-morning.
He made some adjustments, fixed the problem, showed me how to fix it myself next time, and didn't charge me for the visit. That is exceptional service.
I'd definitely recommend Arnett's to anyone who wants a tankless hot water heater. Doug M.
